LEAP Cohort

  • What is LEAP?

    LEAP (Learn, Excel, Achieve, Perform) is a structured 6-month leadership development program concluding with a capstone project and presentation demonstrating how they’ve applied key learnings. LEAP is designed to strengthen core leadership skills, build confidence, and foster meaningful connections with other leaders. Each month includes:

    Commitment:

    A 3-hour in-person session (4th Thursday of the month) from 2:00 – 5:00 PM

    Prework (30 minutes or less) to prepare for each session

    Small group accountability meetings between sessions for deeper learning and connection

  • This program is ideal for leaders who manage others, whether that’s an internal team, contractors, or vendors.

  • What Leaders Will Gain:

    By the end of the program, participants will walk away with:

    • A deeper understanding of themselves and others through DiSC

    • An understanding and strategies to build trust and lead high-performing teams

    • Tools to navigate tough conversations and give meaningful feedback

    • Enhanced coaching and active listening skills

    • Practical frameworks for effective delegation and adaptive leadership

    • Change management strategies to support the organization while leading teams through transition

    • A strong leadership network and a graduation capstone experience

  • True leadership starts with alignment—aligning who you are with how you lead. 

    In this interactive training, leaders will clarify their core values, define their purpose, and create a leadership approach that is both authentic and impactful.

    Through guided reflection, group discussions, and actionable strategies, participants will:

    • Reflect on strengths, areas for growth, and what has led them to be the leader they are today.

    • Identify their personal values and how they influence decision-making.

    • Define their leadership purpose and the impact they want to create.

    • Develop strategies to align daily actions with long-term vision.

    By the end of this training, leaders will have a stronger sense of direction, confidence in their leadership approach, and a framework for making values-driven decisions that inspire and empower their teams.

    Who Should Attend: This training is designed for aspiring and current leaders who seek to enhance their self-awareness, align their actions with their values, and lead with authenticity and purpose.
