“After 15+ years in management, I went into The Mettise Leadership Training knowing I’d gain valuable insights—but I was surprised by just how much it helped me in ways I didn’t even realize I needed. It reinforced the skills I already had while tackling areas I had long avoided, making them feel far less daunting. Now, I have a solid playbook with clear, actionable steps to approach what once felt like uncomfortable conversations. Instead of dreading them, I now see them as opportunities for positive, productive outcomes.”
- Jacquelyn Eagleson, ADG Blatt
“For nearly a decade, I’ve had the privilege of engaging with the Mettise team in various capacities, and each experience raises the bar. Every leadership training session I have attended not only meets but exceeds my expectations, providing me with invaluable insights I can apply to both my personal and professional daily life."
- Gloria Dale, Redbud Advisors
“The training our teams received from Mettise over the past two years has had a wonderful impact to all attendees. We can confidently attest to the valuable skills our leaders have gained through the training sessions, as well as the strong team-building it has fostered. The tools taught from the sessions has had an immediate impact and will allow them continued growth as leaders.”
-Chris Miller, CymSTAR
“I completed the Mettise Leadership Bootcamp in January, 2025. I was impressed. All the lessons for leadership were distilled and succinctly presented in a thoughtful and intelligent way. Our facilitator really got to know each attendee. I felt as if the training was tailored to me!”
