OKLAHOMA CITY – We are pleased to announce that Kendra Clements has joined The Mettise Group as the firm’s newest partner.

Clements specializes in helping businesses grow by developing sound human resources and operational strategy. She leads both Human Resources and Government Services practices.  Clements has had global responsibility for strategy and day-to-day operations in executive coaching & transformational leadership, change management, policy and procedure development, regulatory compliance, staffing, organizational development, compensation and benefits, internal communications, employee metrics, and management reporting.

Clements, who is a member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, attended Oklahoma City University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a minor in Pre-Law.
