The Mettise Group announced this week that Shelley Cadamy joined the firm and will lead the company’s expansion in Tulsa.
Cadamy has built, turned around, or transformed organizations and programs for 25 years. Her vast experience includes assisting start-ups and existing small businesses with strategy development, traditional and non-traditional financing, and resolving the growing pains all organizations experience.
Most recently, Cadamy led Workforce Tulsa as the Executive Director. Her prior experience includes creating and leading programs at the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, the Edmond Economic Development Authority, the Broken Arrow Economic Development Corp., and the Business & Entrepreneurial Services program at Francis Tuttle Technology Center.

Having a Tulsa-based representative will allow Mettise to expand its popular executive peer advisory network, Posse and Tribe, to an additional metro area. Started over ten years ago with one group of eight members and one facilitator, the Posse and Tribe community has grown to include five facilitators and 100+ members in Oklahoma City, making it the largest executive peer network in the state with new groups continuing to be added each quarter. Groups meet once a month to take part in a process that is both a Board of Directors meeting as well as an MBA-style case study. Members walk away with concrete recommendations and resources immediately applicable to his or her organization.
In addition to facilitating peer advisory groups, Cadamy will provide consulting and strategic planning services, including economic development and workforce development consulting, for Mettise for-profit and non-profit clients.
